Empowering Women Through Fitness

Back in 2018 Stacy a full time working single mum of two young children was struggling to find extra childcare to enable her to go to the gym. Believing she wasn’t the only mother out there in a similar situation she launch her own HiiT workout class which allowed woman to bring along children if needed.


Focusing on short high intensity workouts allowed woman to fit exercise into their already busy lifestyles easier.

In the years to follow she adapted this further by combining online and face to face classes with access to recordings so that everyone can make exercise Fit into their day.
